Alberto’s Salon: Time to Primp
Although Albert’s Salon only opened on 163 Cedar Lane in February, the three owners all each have extensive experience in the beauty world. Graduates of the Parisian Beauty Academy in Hackensack, Elizabeth Montesinos, Luis Parra and Milly Vargas have all worked at various salons in the area.
